From our workshop to turnkey
One contractor from the first call to handing over the keys. We do everything ourselves, so you always know who to ask about any detail.
Enquiry and quote
Send us the building location, the approximate floor area and what you need. We reply with a layout idea and an estimated price within 24 hours.
Design and preparation
We agree the layout, materials, deadlines and payment stages. While the foundation is laid on site, we prepare the elements in our workshop from dried timber.
Transport
We deliver the elements and materials with our own truck, whether the plot is in town or up in the mountains.
Assembly
On site we put up the walls, the structure and the roof, then fit the windows, doors and installations. Assembly takes weeks, not months.
Move-in
We hand over the house with a warranty on the structure and the work done. We stay available after you move in.
What does it cost?
We price per square metre, and the price depends on the items in the list. Send us the floor area and the building location, and we will get back to you with an estimated price within 24 hours.

A family business from Rožaje
Relax Home has been building since 2012. We do everything ourselves: design, production in our workshop in Kačapore, transport, assembly and finishing. We choose dried timber, mostly spruce, fir, pine and oak, graded by purpose.

All questionsHow long does it take to build a prefab house?
It depends on the floor area and how complex the building is. From the start of assembly to move-in it usually takes 30 to 90 days. Site preparation, design and permits come before that.
Where do you build?
All over Montenegro, and we have also built in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania. Transport and assembly are part of our offer.
What timber do you use?
Mostly spruce, fir, pine and oak. The timber is dried and graded by purpose, and the exact material is always stated in the quote.
What does the quote include?
The price, payment stages, production time, materials and all the work. No hidden items that turn up during construction.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. The contract includes a warranty on the structure and the work done, and we stay available after handing over the keys.
