Wooden saunas made to measure
Saunas for the house, the garden, hotels and wellness centres, from choosing the timber to installing the heater and ventilation. We build traditional Finnish saunas, gentler bio saunas and modern saunas with glass.
What makes a good sauna
A sauna looks simple, but it is the details that set a good sauna apart from an average one: timber that does not release resin at high temperatures, ventilation that removes moisture without losing heat, and a safely installed heater.
We size every sauna for the number of users and the space it stands in. The wood will not crack, the benches will not dry out, and the ventilation still works after years of use.
- Sauna timber: abachi, Canadian cedar and aspen
- Ventilation without condensation or odours
- Safe installation of an electric or traditional heater
- Glass and modern benches, if you want them
- Saunas for flats, houses, hotels and wellness centres

A garden sauna, inside
A short video of a wooden sauna we set up as a separate building in a garden: benches, heater and a window facing the mountain.
Sauna size and location
- 01
Sauna in the house
For a family we usually suggest a sauna for 4 to 6 people, with a little glass. Allow about 1 m2 per person, plus space to move around and for the benches.
- 02
Sauna in a flat
It can be done if the room has ventilation and a suitable electrical supply. We help you work out whether it is feasible.
- 03
Garden sauna
A separate wooden building with a glass door, next to the house, the pool or a holiday home.
- 04
Hotels and wellness
Larger saunas with glazed areas and raised benches, for several people at once.
How much does a sauna cost?
The price depends on the size, the type of timber, the heater, the amount of glass and whether the sauna is inside the house or a separate building in the garden. Installation at your place takes 3 to 5 days, including the electrical work and a test heating.
