What affects the price of a log cabin

Spruce, fir and pine are the most common choice, and we use oak for load-bearing beams and special projects.

Walls of round logs and walls of squared beams differ in appearance, labour and price.

For a house used all year round and for the mountains, we choose thicker beams and extra insulation.
