This page explains what information Relax Home DOO collects through the relaxmne.com website and how it is used.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form, we receive the details you entered:

• your name,
• your phone number and/or email,
• the type of building, the building location and the floor area, if you entered them,
• the text of your message.

Messages from the form arrive in our Gmail account, so Google also processes them as our email provider. When you call us or write to us on WhatsApp or Viber, we see your phone number and the messages you send, as with any other call or message.

What we use it for

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange the build. The basis for this is your request: you sent the enquiry yourself. We do not sell your details and do not share them with third parties, except where the work you ordered requires it (for example an architect or a transport company) or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are discussing the work, and if we sign a contract, for as long as the rules on business records require.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, USA). It shows us how the website is used: which pages are read, from which devices and places visits come, how people found the website and how many of them call us, message us or send an enquiry. We use this to improve the website. We do not use the data for advertising and do not link it to your name or to the enquiries you send.

Google Analytics records:

• the pages you open and the time of your visit,
• where you came from (for example Google search or another website),
• the type of device, operating system, browser and language,
• your approximate location (country and city), which Google derives from your IP address; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses,
• clicks on the call, WhatsApp, Viber and email buttons, and form submissions.

Cookies and your choice

Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_…, which last up to two years and are used to tell visitors apart. They are set only after you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookies.

We remember your choice in your browser (localStorage, item “saglasnost”) for 12 months, so we do not ask you on every visit. This is not a cookie and is not sent to anyone.

The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time: click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and choose “Decline”. The Google Analytics cookies are then deleted from your browser. Google also offers a browser add-on that turns off Google Analytics on all websites.

How long and where

Data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Google may also process it on servers outside Europe, including the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Read more about how Google uses data from websites.

The website does not use advertising cookies. As with any website, the hosting provider's server records technical details of requests (IP address, time, page address) for security and to keep the server running; we do not use these records for analytics.

Other services

When you write to us on WhatsApp or Viber, your messages go through those services and their privacy rules also apply. The link to the workshop location opens Google Maps.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to us at d.o.o.relaxhome@gmail.com or call us. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Montenegrin Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.
