A shell is cheaper at the start, but you then organise the finishing works yourself. Turnkey means one contractor and a clear total budget.

It depends on transport and conditions on the plot, but we build all over Montenegro and the region. For houses in and around Rožaje, transport is shortest.

Yes. The workshop is in Kačapore near Rožaje, and we work Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00. Call us before you come.

Yes. More and more often we build log houses with a modern kitchen, underfloor heating and large glazed areas.

A log cabin has walls of solid beams, while a classic prefab house has walls of insulated panels with the facade of your choice. A log cabin gives the look of real wood, a prefab house more freedom in how the facade looks. There is also a hybrid option that combines both.

Solid timber costs more than panels, but a log cabin needs little maintenance and lasts a long time. The comparison depends on the insulation and finishing works, so it is best to compare actual quotes.

Because of the sloping walls, part of the floor along the roof has a lower ceiling, so the usable floor area is calculated differently than in a conventional house. That is why A-frame houses often have a sleeping gallery.
