Conversation and plot visit
We get to know the plot, the access and your needs: how many of you there are, how you live and what matters to you.
Concept and quote
You get a layout, a choice of materials and a quote with a fixed price, payment stages and a timeline.
Design and permit
We help with the design and the paperwork, working together with a local architect.
Foundation and workshop production
While the foundation is being laid, we prepare the structure in our workshop in Kačapore.
Transport and assembly
On the plot we put up the walls and roof and fit the windows, doors and installations.
Finishing works and handover
Floors, bathroom, kitchen and lighting, and then we hand over the keys with a warranty.

When several companies handle the design, the structure, the installations and the finishing works, most of the time is lost on coordination. With us the team is in-house: carpenters, the assembly crew and one person who follows your project.
You choose the layout, facade, roof, windows and doors, floors, tiles and lighting. We suggest options that suit your budget and the climate, and the choice is yours.

How long does a turnkey build take?
From preparing the documents to moving in takes 3 to 6 months on average, and from the start of assembly to moving in, 30 to 90 days.
Can I do some of the work myself?
You can. We agree which works we do and which you do, and this is written into the contract.
Is turnkey more expensive?
The total price is higher than for a shell, because it includes more work, but you know the whole budget in advance and there are no separate contractors to coordinate.
