A village built in stages
Most tourist villages are not built all at once. You start with two or three houses and add new ones as the business grows.
Because we build all the buildings to the same system, the new houses look the same as the first ones, while the layout inside can be different. That way the village grows without being redesigned from scratch.

Guests arrive by car, so we plan the access and parking before the layout of the houses.

We assemble each house in a few weeks, and the timeline for the whole village depends on the number of buildings and is stated in the quote.
