If you live in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden or the USA and are building a house in Montenegro, you do not need to be on the plot for the build to go to plan. We agree everything by phone, WhatsApp and Viber, and we are the ones who go out to the plot.
How we build while you are far away
First call
By phone, WhatsApp or Viber, whenever it suits you in your own time zone.
Plot visit
We go out to the plot for you and tell you what we found: the access, the slope of the land and the utility connections.
Quote and contract
Fixed price, payment stages and timeline, clearly written, so you know what is paid and when.
Construction
You get regular progress reports throughout the whole job.
Moving in
You take over the turnkey house when you arrive, for example for your summer holiday.
Plan before you arrive
Many people living abroad come in the summer, and summer is also the busiest time for building. If you want the house to be finished by the time you arrive, get in touch in the autumn or winter.

No. The arrangements, the quote and keeping track of the works can all be handled by phone and messages, and we are the ones who go out to the plot.
How do I pay?
In stages, according to the contract. Each stage is agreed in advance.
Who deals with the permits?
We help with the paperwork and with working alongside a local architect. Some steps need the owner or a person you authorise.
